Our Beaches are our Safe Haven
We believe that our beaches should be respected by everyone. They are where we live, where we come to play, enjoy swimming, the sun and nature. They should be welcoming places for all ages who want to enjoy these activities peacefully and safely. People using the beach should be respectful of the environment, their fellow beachgoers and the residents that live nearby.
- As a group of local residents, being able to peacefully access the places we love is something we take very seriously, and our organization is proud to protect and preserve these places so that everyone can enjoy them.
- Through education, our network of ambassadors, volunteers and members aim to raise awareness about the positive effects of spending more time in nature to enjoy and hear natural sounds.
- To help combat problems with excessive noise, loud amplified music, dance or drinking parties, as well as disorderly conduct on our beaches and in our parks, we work with decision-making bodies to ensure our beaches are a safe place where everyone feels respected.
- There will always be deviations from this philosophy, and we aim to ensure these exceptions are properly planned, permitted, and anticipated in advance.

Become a Beach Ambassador
Join our community of engaged volunteers who strive to improve local beach
culture to ensure our beaches and parks are for everyone. Education is key for
our team. The beach ambassadors strive to ensure beachgoers are aware of the
benefits of being in nature to experience nature and natural sounds. As part of
their efforts to educate and inform, they also help keep our natural environments
clean and pristine, along with promoting the beach as a safe haven. Not only are
our ambassadors here to ensure you have a great experience at our beaches
and parks, but they are also local residents that can offer useful suggestions and
information for beachgoers.
